Resource University: (Training) An evolution of the Resource Tech training from Pioneer Village, Resource University refines and extends this training to the entire organization. The primary objective is to empower each department to foresee and confirm their demand for a minimum of 6-12 months. They’ll gain the capability to document unplanned tasks, offering visibility into last-minute assignments. Moreover, they’ll master the art of agile reprioritization, collaborating with Resource and Project Managers to assess the ripple effects on other priorities.
Availability Health: (Reporting) Building upon the foundation laid in Demand Station of Pioneer Village, these reports are fine-tuned to offer a quick snapshot of where resources and their managers need to focus, both in the immediate and distant future.
Program Credit Union: (Reporting) Financial transparency is pivotal for effective Resource Demand Management. Whether it’s employees, materials, or software costs, these reports are instrumental in making informed resource demand and portfolio selection decisions.

- Team Member and Resource Manager Training: Ensure you have updated your training for the incremental rollout to all of your Resource Managers and Team Members.
- Demand Management Reporting: If necessary, ensure you have all of your resource demand reports updates as needed.

Implementation:
After your first group has been running for at least a month, you can gauge the rate of rollout for the rest of the company, make sure you’re doing white glove training with your Resource Managers. Many of them have never worked in a company that does true resource demand management.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Keeping with Pioneer Village, Fast is slow and slow is fast. We need to make sure everything is running smoothly, training is correct and available and the project managers are able to create and see resource demand before we roll this out to the other groups.
**Tip: Continue dialogue with HR and Leadership about the carrot or stick method for ensuring that each group maintains their commitment to completing their status updates on time and consistently. Some companies tie their bonuses, grading and reviews to these core work efforts.
